Art of Natraj is a Kuchipudi academy led by Guru Sikha Gowri. We teach the form the way it has been transmitted for centuries — body to body, teacher to student — now welcoming students from across Guntur and online.
What we teach
A complete journey through Kuchipudi — from a child's first adavu to a stage-ready solo performance.
Beginner
Ages 5–10Adavus, basic mudras, posture, rhythm. Two structured classes a week, one focused practice session.
Intermediate
Ages 11–15Combinations, simple items (Jathiswaram, Tarangam fundamentals), abhinaya basics. Building stamina and stage presence.
Advanced
Ages 16+Full repertoire — Tarangam, Sabdam, Kirtanam, complete Margam. Performance opportunities at academy recitals and external events.
Adult Beginners
All agesWorking adults welcome. Pace tuned to your schedule. Same tradition, no compromise on technique.
